Order processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery time (U.S.): 5–10 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 7–12 days of the order date.
Coffee & tea: Roasted or packed to order in the USA and delivered within 5–8 days of the order date.
International orders: Delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. For some carriers it can take 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Delays: Shipping delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
