The Wind-Sway Scarecrow Prop is a hooded black-robed outdoor figure with a pale mask, designed to be pole-mounted and ground-staked so it can shift naturally with passing wind. Setup

Connect the support sections, set the pole angle, and insert the lower stake roughly 25-30 cm (about 9.8-11.8 in) into suitable ground — check for buried utilities first. Keep the prop clear of walkways and bring it in during severe weather or high winds.
